Aussie Facts:Toy Australian Shepherds are not recognized by the AKC - yet. That's why it's important to register your new puppy with the ASDR (American Stock Dog registry).

© Standard Aussie's over 18" Register your puppy for these reasons; 1. If you ever have to find a home for your dog, a registered dog is ALWAYS much easier. 2. Eventually the Toy Australian Shepherd may receive AKC recognition, be a part of that historic moment. Only registered dogs will be allowed recognition. 3. Chase. Chase is everything an
Aussie should be. I got Chase from Aussie rescue
www.aussierescue.org
as a pup. His original owner passed away and left a pregnant mommy dog
behind. Chase was one of her puppies. He was actually born in
the rescue. I
feel fortunate that I was able to adopt Chase and have him be part of my
life. I can't imagine my life without him. While I feel I have some
wonderful puppies available I would encourage everyone to check out the dogs
in rescue situations. It is a misconception that most dogs in rescue have
something "wrong" with them and that is why they are there. Most dogs are
from loving homes where the owners for some reason could no longer care for
them. While there are a few "challenging" dogs in rescue I can assure you
that the people who run most rescue organizations work very hard to make
sure that the dog you get matches your lifestyle perfectly. Because we
like to be part of the solution and not part of a growing problem we donate
5% from every puppy we sell back to rescue. (Our way of saying thank you
for Chase) and we will willingly take any puppy you got back from us and
find it another home for you if for some reason you find yourself unable to
take care of your dog any longer.
Nose-To-Tail Health Guarantee:
Note: If at any time you feel you are unable to continue to care for your puppy we are willing to take it back and try and find it a new home. We will NOT be refunding your purchase price but we would rather help you find a new home for your dog than have it end up in a shelter or rescue. What's my puppy eating?Your puppy comes with a small supply of Tuffy’s puppy food to help them transition to whatever new food they will be on at their new home. Just slowly introduce their new food to them by mixing less of their old food in every day. You will get a small stuffed animal, which will “smell” like home to them. This should help them adjust to their new home better. There is a Mini-Aussie Rescue, here's their linkMini Aussie Rescue & Support, Inc. (MARS) And of course we certainly love & support the Minnesota Animal Humane Society:

This is Thompson’s Bonsai. 13 inches of pure love and affection. A black tri with a heart of gold and all boy. Bonsai has never met a person, animal or mud puddle he didn’t love unconditionally. Bonsai is the most laid back Aussie I have ever come across. Don’t worry, Be happy is his mantra. Nothing fazes him. The only negative thing you can say about Bonsai is that he is impossible to discipline because he just wags his tail through the entire scolding. Bonsai’s favorite activity is to dig a hole under the horse trailer and then lay in it.
This is BLN Chilita. A stunning 12 inch tall red merle girl with shocking green eyes. Chilita weighs 19 lbs and has great conformation. Chili is the family singer. If you are singing with the radio Chili joins right on in. She is also a world champion kisser. Chili has a very quiet disposition and will snuggle at your feet all day long just to be by you. Surprisingly enough Chili also shows the strongest herding drive of all our dogs. I’m not sure if she is really herding the horses or if they come up to the barn just to humor her. Her agility ability is amazing. Chili can hop 5 ft straight up and land on a 4 inch wide ledge. (The exact height of our front window) Anyone have a cure for that?
